Privacy
What we collect, and what we don't.
Last updated 21 August 2026
The short version: this site has no analytics, no advertising, no cookies and no third-party trackers. The only information it ever receives is what you type into the contact form and choose to send.
The contact form
The form asks for your name, your email address and a message. When you submit it, those three things are sent to info@pelushi.com as an email. They are not written to a database and they are not stored on the web server.
We use them to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation that follows. We do not sell them, share them, or add you to a mailing list.
Two things the form does that you can't see
The form includes a hidden field that real people never fill in, and it records how long the page was open before the form was submitted. Both are anti-spam measures — automated submissions tend to fill in every field and to submit instantly. Neither is used to identify you, and both are discarded once the message is either sent or rejected.
Cookies
None. The site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Analytics
None. We do not measure visits, and we do not know who comes here or what they read.
What the server records
Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs — the requested address, a timestamp, and the IP address the request came from. These are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse. They are not linked to anything you send through the form.
Things hosted elsewhere
Podcast episodes are distributed through RSS.com, and some pages link to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. Following a link to any of those puts you on their site, under their privacy policy, not this one. Audio on the podcast pages is served from RSS.com, so playing an episode means requesting a file from them.
Video appearances listed on rei.pelushi.comare linked, never embedded — so nothing loads from YouTube unless you deliberately click through.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and deleted when it isn't. If you'd rather we delete yours sooner, ask and we will.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email info@pelushi.com and we'll deal with it. If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights explicitly; we extend the same handling to everyone regardless of where they are.
Children
Coaching work sometimes involves young athletes. Where that is the case, arrangements are made with a parent or guardian directly — not through this website. The form is intended for adults.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
